Ken has been on night float this week, meaning he has been working from 9 PM until about 9 or 10 AM, depending on how many patients they admit over night. So, on Wednesdays, while I normally have Ken take my picture in the morning, yesterday I couldn’t have him do that, so he took it in the evening when I got home from work. Night float hasn’t been as bad as I had feared it would be since we at least get to see each other from about 5:30 to 8:30 and we get to make and eat dinner together, which is nice. Luckily he only has one more night of night float, and then he switches to a Plus-One Week, which means his hours will be much more reasonable. It’s hard to believe, but after his Plus-One Week, he just has 3 more weeks of work before his vacation (which just so happens to be the week before my due date!) It really is coming up soon. It’s hard to believe that it’s already September 13th… September is almost half gone already! CRAZY!
